Super Heroes Smash Up

Braden was having a Super Heroes party and wanted a cake to include his favorite Super Heroes. The Hulk is his favorite, but he also loves Batman, Superman and Spiderman.  So how do I make a cake and include all FOUR of those Heroes?   EASY!!!  I break the cake into four quadrants and decorate away!

Here's how it turned out.  Notice, Braden's name is under the Hulk.  I figured that should be the front of the cake.  

Braden wanted a chocolate cake with Oreo buttercream and fudge filling.  DELISH!!!

I hope he had a fantastic birthday celebration!  I had so much fun making his cake!

Pow! Bam! Wow!

Andrew turned FIVE and had a fantastic SUPER HERO party this weekend!  We asked who his favorite Super Hero was and were told that he loved them all.  I thought this cake would sum it up nicely.  We've got a little Captain America, Superman, Batman and even Spiderman.  It's a start, right?

Top tier is Chocolate-Flecked cake and the bottom tier is Chocolate.  Both have buttercream filling and frosting and both are topped with homemade fondant.
