Girl Scout Bridging Ceremony Cake

My dear friend Kim ordered a cake for her Junior Girl Scout Troop.  Does Kim have a daughter in Girl Scouts?  Nope.  But she volunteers her time for these girls just the same.  I think she's incredible for doing this and the girls have had so many wonderful experiences under her leadership.  I was honored to make a cake for their bridging ceremony and end-of-the-year celebration.  These girls earned it!

One half of the cake was chocolate with vanilla bean buttercream filling.  The other half of the cake was yellow cake with strawberry and raspberry filling.  Topped with buttercream and gum paste/fondant flowers and logo, this cake was ready to roll!

I added little daisies in the corners, just because.

Congrats to the entire Troop on a year of service and friendship!  Thanks for all you do for your community!
